"We had a "smart thermostat" go haywire just before the long MLK weekend. Southside responded with a sense of urgency and worked with the problem to get us through the winter weekend until the could obtain the replacement parts from Lennox. Early Tuesday morning they called to schedule a visit to replace and reset the thermostat. We were very pleased that the showed the same urgency we felt and that they prioritized their response so well. Thank you Don and Mark for your professionalism."

"Called this morning and Rich was here by early afternoon. He checked out the issue with the furnace and was very open and honest about what was gong on. Simply a loose belt that he tightened up. He did find the humidifier was no longer working and explained my options to replace it. He left the options open for me to decide how to proceed. He also answered all my questions, plus a couple unrelated to the furnace. I really appreciated the friendly and low key service."

"A huge THANK YOU to Southside Heating & A/C on Normandale Blvd. (952 884 2453). Our daughter's furnace broke down on Friday, and Todd was able to come out that afternoon and diagnosis the problem as a defective circuit board. Since the furnace was 20 years old and with Todd's input, my daughter decided it was best to invest in a new furnace. When Todd checked with the office, he indicated that they wouldn't be able to install the new one until later this week. When I explained that our daughter and son-in-law had a 4 year old and a 2 year old special needs baby, they somehow modified their installs for this week, and moved them up to this morning. By noon the job was done. A HUGE SHOUT OUT to both Todd and Mark for their expertise, assistance and outstanding customer service. I should note that they also provided 3 space heaters that the family was able to use over the weekend.
